About two months ago an idea which I  personally considered the smartest move in the history of real estate was introduced. Regrettably, it took me a while to realize this. The first time I read about Etheera's innovation to decentralize the real estate using the blockchain industry I laughed uncontrollably because I did not only think it was unachievable I also felt it was all bull shit coming from one of the numerous ICO's emerging every second.

Well....due to my natural curious and investigative nature coupled with the fact that a lot of readers here wanted me to scrutinize and expose the shortcomings of this idea. I actually did but surprisingly it yielded nothing. I couldn't find anything, not even a single flaw. The idea is fool proof.
Just recently, I got a job offer it was my dream job by the way. Since it was in another city, I had to relocate with my wife and the kids. It was a lot of adjusting and unfortunately, it didn't come with an accommodation so we had to find ourselves one. Initially, I had a friend who took us to a couple of places but we didn't find what we wanted. After a while we just naturally gave up and picked one among the options that were available, sadly, it wasn't entirely comfortable and we actually needed to stop wasting money on hotel bills.
